Extended Abstract Submission

  • Authors are required to submit an extended abstract of 500 to 1,000 words.
  • The abstract should include:
    • Purpose
    • Design/methodology/approach
    • Findings
    • Research limitations/implications
    • Practical implications
    • Originality/value
  • Abstract formatting requirements:
    • Arial font, size 11
    • Single-spaced and justified
    • Include names and affiliations of authors
    • Submit as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx)
    • Similarity index should be less than 10%

Following the acceptance of the abstract, authors interested in publishing in the special issue are required to submit a full paper.

Full Paper Requirements

  • Full papers include author details, abstract and reference
  • Follow the same structured format as the extended abstract
  • Arial font, size 11
  • Single-spaced and justified
  • Submit in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format
  • Similarity index must be less than 10%
  • AI content more than 20% will not be accepeted

Submission Process

  • Access the Conference Submission Portal Click here
  • Log In or Create a Microsoft CMT Account: If you already have a Microsoft CMT account, simply enter your email and password. If you are new to Microsoft CMT, click Create Account, complete the registration form, and verify your email before proceeding.
  • Navigate to the Author Console: After logging in, select the “Author Console” for our conference from your dashboard. This is where you will manage all aspects of your submission.
  • Start a New Submission: Click Create Submission and select “Extended Abstract Submission” to begin.
  • Complete the submission form by providing all required details, including the paper title, abstract, author names and affiliations, and contact information.
  • Upload Your Manuscript: Use the “Upload from Computer” button or drag-and-drop your manuscript file.
  • Finalize and Submit: Once you have filled in all fields and uploaded your paper, click the Submit button. You will receive an email confirmation once your submission is complete.

Review Process

All submitted extended abstracts and full manuscripts will undergo double blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality and relevance. Each extended abstract will be evaluated by subject matter experts based on originality, clarity, methodology, significance, and contribution to the field. Authors will receive notifications of acceptance or required revisions by the specified deadlines. The final decision on acceptance will be based on reviewer feedback, and selected papers will be included in the electronic conference proceedings.
